2. Non-Refundable Services:

• Any services that have been fully or substantially completed.
• Monthly subscriptions or maintenance packages after the first 30 days of usage.
• Third-party costs incurred (e.g., advertising fees, software subscriptions) are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

• If a service is partially accomplished, you may expect a partial refund based on the scope of work already completed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation:

• Customers may call off their services at any time by reaching out to our support team via email or phone.
• Cancellations for ongoing SEO or digital marketing services will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Notice Period:

• A 7-day prior notice is required before the next billing date to process cancellation in case of monthly services.
• For one-time projects, termination of services can be made anytime before project completion, with potential partial refunds as per the work completed.
